Boalt will host a Special Outreach Session of the Supreme Court of California on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 in Booth Auditorium for the entire day. For the ninth year in a row, the California Supreme Court will hear oral arguments outside its usual chambers as part of their community outreach. The entire Boalt Hall community is invited to attend the proceedings so please save the date. Cases to be argued and links to the briefs will be available and forwarded in October. The California Channel, a public affairs cable network, will broadcast oral arguments in all cases during the morning and afternoon sessions. The network reaches 6.5 million viewers across the state and will offer a satellite link to facilitate coverage by other stations. Local viewing information is available at
